By making a reservation at Bedarra Island Resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Reservations & Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellations made 60-90 days prior to arrival: 50% of deposit refunded
- Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival: No refund
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The resort reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
Liability
Bedarra Island Resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
Force Majeure
The resort is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, government actions, or pandemics.
